Lest We Forget
Remembrance Day Activities
This week we have been remembering all those who have died in conflicts around the world.
The children made some beautiful poppies as part of their Remembrance activities and we reflected on the sacrifices made by the armed forces in protecting our freedom as well as the suffering that so many civilians experience when caught up in conflicts.
On the 11th November at 11am the whole school gathered outside for a 2 minute silence. We are very proud of all the children for their thoughtful and respectful behaviour and attitudes.
