There must be a dragon nearby...
... and they've left their eggs in our classroom!
The children in Acorn's class were surprised to find a nest of eggs in the classroom when they returned from their Christmas break, along with some clues including a neatly rolled up letter and a suspicious photo. The children sat in a circle and took it in turns to peek at the photo to see who left the eggs.
Let's hope the owner collects their eggs before they hatch!
The children are now excited to begin their new TalkForWriting text, Kassim and the Greedy Dragon, and eventually go on to write their own warning tales with exciting characters.
